Training Split Question?

Ok, my training split looks like this.
Mon: Chest/Bis/Calves
Tues: Legs/Abs
Weds: Cardio only
Thurs:Back/Calves
Fri:Delts/Tris/abs
Sat: Cardio only
Sun: REST completely
My question is since I'm rotating Deads/T-Bar rows/BB Rows on back days, should I move Back day to Friday to allow more rest after squats?

Mass, for me...yes.

I'd move that heavy back day away from my heavy leg day. I think it would be safer.

That's my non-expert opinion. As you know...heavy squats...even with perfect form...at least in my case ...work the lower back, and hams. Heavy deads and heavy rows will work those again most certainly.

Only one day of rest between them in the routine you've outlined above....and it looks like you aren't even REALLY resting that day [cardio].... would clearly indicate to my limited recovery ability.... a switch in how you've got that routine set up.
