transitioning from high protein to high carb diet

my protein intake is around 350g(50% of total calories), carb is 150g(20% of total cal), and fats are 90g(30% of total cal).
for those who went from similar diet above transitioning to higher carb/lower protein, how would you structure your macros? I'm assuming the fats and protein will be lower. goal is lean gains while maximizing recovery.
 
It will take some tinkering with. I would set carbs and protein even to start. 250 each. Leave fats alone for now. Or this following. Which would be a better long term plan imo. Decrease protein by 50g and add 50g to carbs. Reevaluate every two weeks or so.
