my protein intake is around 350g(50% of total calories), carb is 150g(20% of total cal), and fats are 90g(30% of total cal).
for those who went from similar diet above transitioning to higher carb/lower protein, how would you structure your macros? I'm assuming the fats and protein will be lower. goal is lean gains while maximizing recovery.
