First off. My gear was known to cause some bad irritation with a lot of people but never resulted in infections with them. And I was very sterile in my process! I did a few other shots with this gear, that caused some pain and inflammation that were not comfortable but they are subsideding, this posts is about the one that is not...
So I injected 1cc of Test E last Monday into my right glute. It was Sore by Tuesday. Wednesday, I noticed, when flexed, my glute had a good sized golf ball going on in it! It wasn't extremely painful though and wasn't very red or hot to the touch. It didn't get better by Friday, in fact, it had swollen a bit more and gotten a little red/heat to it. So I'm figuring "abcess" at this point or maybe "cellulitits infection", which I had a few years ago and cleared it up with some anti-biotics. So I make an appointment at Zoomcare for Satuday. I go in and tell her I've been injecting B12 as an appetite stimulant, which she thought VERY poorly of and said ordering needles off of the internet was extremely dangerous. Anyways, I show her, she feels it (my golf ball), flexed and unflexed. She can see it's slightly red and feel it's a little warm to the touch. But ends up telling me that the lump is an accumulation of cells surrounding the broken muscle tissue. And that it is not an infection and to just compress it with a hotpad. So I wanted to post this on here, cause a lot of you guys no more than some of these half witted docs out their about infections, etc. Do you think I should get a second opinion?
Thank you guys very much!
