TRT - 1x wk or 1x every two wks?

I have been recently switched by my doc to injectable from the gel and pills.

Here is my question: what is better 1 shot per week or 1 shot every two weeks?

My doc put me on one shot every two weeks.

It seems most advocate every week 'cause of the crush. I can't say I experienced the crush yet. One observation though - maybe sex drive is a bit lower in second week and maybe I'm a bit weaker in a secon week in the gym (but, this could be in my head).

He started me on 200mg of test e every two weeks. After few shots, I had blood work on day three and as he told me it was through the roof (I think 53 - can't find reference to different readings). So, he lowered me to 160mg now. I'm supposed to do another blood test in two days, day 3 as well.

Here is why I think the reading could've been high:
1) I was trying the anabolic diet and on paper this is supposed to highten your test levels
2) Took 350IUs of HCG, day before or day of the blood test

What do you guys think? Swale is not posting here anymore? Can't remember what he advocates for injections and will have to look it up...but, I guess if it ain't broken why fix it?

ive been tested on the anabolic diet...numbers were low...thats not it...

if you have the bottle, yes its best to take once a week... you say you were tested 3 days AFTER your shot....stupid...of course its going to be high...but most doctors dont know when to test...

YOU NEED TO BE TESTED ON DAY 14, RIGHT BEFORE YOUR SHOT...this will tell how much test is still in your system...

HCG... i get tested the day after my HCG inject... and i HOPED it would elevate my test levels abit...negative, just my estrogen...so, not sure if that would raise it... ive read others get a 200pt increase from HCG??? not this cat
