This might be a long shot, but I'm wondering if anyone here might have some insight.
I'm looking at starting a business next year and one option I'm considering is parking/commercial storage. This is something I just started researching, but basically you buy an acre (or more) of land, pave it, fence it, and provide parking for trucking companies.
The space can also be used to store pallets, RVs, boats, busses, whatever.
Supposedly there's pretty solid demand for this type of thing, particularly in growing areas and/or areas close to major interstates
