need advise on cutting down. I am 44 510 250 lbs been in the gym for 13 years try to cut to 230 solid. current carrying a lot of mass need a bit more definition. doing cadio for 1 hour a day in the morning before my work out. diet is good 6 small meals a day. getting ready to start 60 mcg anvar 60/mcg turanabol 50 t3 80 mcg clen a day. need advise on dossage or any other input . many thnx
