tweak me, diet , training , sups.

My Advise, for what ever its worth, personally I made good gains following an upperbody/lowerbody rotated routine so basically more frequently hitting muscles and training heavy as i can with 1 compound excercise per bp.

diet i have found some good gains not being to rigid on a fixed plan, i think you need to be more open to adaptian see how the food plan affects your weight, look and strength and then evolve from there onwards. i think maybe get some healthy fats in there,good amount of protein and then give yourself carbs on how your energy levels feel or how you look. Personally there are a ton of guys in here who can break things down better this is just recently what i have discovered to work the best, i feel i used to be to "technical" about things and now i realise just traing hard and eat your fill and go from i also notice by training hard compounds multiple bodyparts im a lot hungrier and my body seems to be using its food much better than previously.

Anyway like i said thats just my input not the greatest, every success on your goals and keep us updated.

yeah i didnt get as much out of my last cycle as i thought i should have, im putting it to over training and diet plus not enough sleep.

so thats why im doing it this way to see if it will make a difference.
