I workout twice a day, about an hour each session. I do allow adequate amount of time to pass before going to the gym usually. 9-12 hours. I am only working one muscle group per session.
I am on Test Enanthate using a kickstart.
My concern is the wear and tear I put on my CNS and adrenal glands. I have L-Tyrosine which I supplement at 2x1,000mg Pre-workout. Is there anything else that can aid in my worries?
