I filmed Ty and James at MegaFlex gym in Charlotte, NC. James is currently in his off-season and adding size looking to do the Arnold in 2018 Ty is 24 weeks out from North Americas and looking to make a run for his pro card. This is one of the most intense workouts I've ever filmed both of them were moving some serious weight. Ty is working with coach Cliff Wilson for the first time to really nail his conditioning. I've worked with Cliff's clients in the past and they always look incredible.
