If Islam gets Dustin down, I'm afraid he's staying there. I like Dustin but I just don't see him being able to handle Islam in the wrestling department and on the ground. I also think the point about him getting ready to retire is very important factor; his drive just probably isn't what it was if he had more fights on the horizon. Really like Dustin but hard to bet against these Dagestani and Chechen fighters.

Example: Adesanya lost belt AP, Then Knocked out AP to regain belt, lost belt again to Strickland, Strickland lost belt to DDP

I don't know WTF happened with judging on the Strickland fight. He literally never sat down and I was watching Paulo lose hair for much of the fight. I thought Strickland walked through it.

Yea, when Poirier got taken down at the beginning of the first round, I thought it was over, but he survived and did well defending the choke. The next 3.5 rounds he did well, and much better and it was a pretty damn close fight and fun to watch. He started getting a rhythm going and then Islam pulled off that leg swing and pounced on him in the 5th and took him out. I hated to see it end like that, but it was a fun fight to watch. And fukk, there were a lot of times Islam caught Dustin when he was grabbing his shorts! That's my only frustration with Dustin. lol! Islam is a beast. I think it is a mistake for him to go up to 170#. I really want to see him fight Tsarukyan!!! I think Arman has a very good chance for a win, he is that good too.

Also, what's with these guys losing the fire and drive so quickly? WTF? He said he wasn't as hungry anymore to fight at 155# and thus his reasoning to go up to 170#. I mean a BIG WTF....he's only defended his title against 2 guys!!! And lets be honest, Volk was a much smaller opponent and not all there in shape their 2nd fight. He had a hard time (close fight) against a smaller guy in Volk, then he just fought Poirier who has been talking about retirement.

And yea, these judges were horrendous! Some of the worst judging i've seen. Like, it was very noticeable and out there bad.

And man, you have to love Kevin Holland, lol!

Yea DP really has no place to go.....I don't know the details of his contract but it will be fighting 5th, 4th and 3rd ranked contenders. Until its.over....then
