Lindsay and I's best hometown buddy has graduated to the UFC ranks and fights tonight. Wish him good luck. I dont know much of anything else. Another hometowner named Alonzo made it also but we are not sure if he fights tonight.

Franky Edgar and Kurt Pellegrino! Wrestled with them in high school. Two badass's. Edgar faces a kid who was national prep champ for powerhouse St. Edwards few years back. Two OUTSTANDING wrestlers facing off! KP has been nuts since iv known him haha, these two are as tough as they possibly come. If you dont remember Edgars first fight, he got caught in a knee bar at the end and REFUSED to tap because he was winning. Interviewed he said..."i felt it pop a couple times, i figured if it goes it goes im not losing". haha. Edgar is undefeated at this point.....

It's also Houston Alexander's first fight since getting beat. Let's see if he learned how to fight on the ground this time.

This free event is better than most PPV events imo. I think it will be much better than the Serra vs GSP II PPV, 2 weeks from now.

Damn, he lost to a decision. The first 2 rounds were close but Frank got slammed 3 times in the third. Good luck to him in the future. I think he has a lot going for him.

Fights...

Good show last night although I was hoping Lauzon would win...

Quinton is hilarious on the Ultimate Fighter...after seeing the preview of next week I can't wait they said it has the biggest knockout ever on the show and you hear some dude crying while being wheeled off on the emergency cart to the ambulance...sucks have to wait a week...

The ref should have given it a couple more seconds before he called the fight. Houston was out for a second, but he snapped back instantly. I thought it was a bad call.

I actually thought so too. At least give him a chance. I was just disappointed that Houston put himself in that position. Good shot by the other guy. Guess i'll just have to root for Forest in the Lt. Hvys
