Okay so I went back to my doctor today after the steroid injection with love x-ray injections and MRI.
So here is what he told me. I have a minor tear around my shoulder socked and a cyst. So he said that I needed to go to physical therapy (since the pain has came back a little slowly) and I am going to see him again in 6 weeks. If nothing helps then a small minor surgery will be needed to get fully back.
I don't even know how the hell all this happened but what the fuck. How did I get a cyst? The nurse told me to just wait for the cyst to go away.
So any hints on how to make the recovery faster, and has anybody ever had something similar to this?
