First bro, I must say she is beautiful! She has a ton of excellent muscle and is cutting up well. As she gets leaner you will see where her weak areas are, for me I would like to see a little more on her shoulders to give her a better taper. Again, without seeing her a bit leaner, which will only improve her overall look she looks very well balanced, great set of legs with good shape there, maybe a little more hamstring would be nice, but this will show up further into the diet. OVERALL, VERY NICE PACKAGE AND GREAT LOOKING WOMAN!
 
Wow, she has an awesome structure to work with, especially considering it's her first show. I agree with OF on the delts, but not the hams. You can see the roundness from the side. She just needs to lean out to notice how strong they really are. Now, back to the delts, really hammer the posterior delts and go with lower volume/ heavy movements for them all the way through. I think that this is a case where less will be more. The striations in the delts give me that thought. Work that posing as well and you'll polish her physique. Start by studying shots from some of the top figure pros and you'll see what I mean. She isn't opening up the back lat. You can see where her scapula are still pop'n out. Just protract forward a lil more on that shot. All in all, she's going to do REALLY well if you can nail the conditioning, but it's gonna take some suffering. Hope that helps.
 
bro im not one to critique on competitive looks, but let me tell you one thing...

I don't post much here but I lurk all the time and I'd like to thank you once again for another very thoughtful post. I appreciate the feedback. We know her delts could use a little work and we're hitting them hard right now. We also need to pound the lats to get them out more. As we get closer we'll post some more pics.

I really appreciate the positive feedback. I think you may be correct on her rear delts. We've been hitting the whole delt really hard but higher rep in a superset style for about a month and it might be time to just pound them heavy. I actually think she has really nice hams so we'll just keep doing what were doing there. Also, I should have mentioned in the first post, her back shot is the one we are having the most difficulty getting right (right now it's obviously the worst of her poses) so any additional feedback would be great.

Where do you think she stands condition wise? For 10 weeks out? Her diet right now is 237g Protein, 22g Carbs, and 49g Fat for a total of 1566Cal. She's just a hair under 5'4" and about 127lbs right now. I currently measure her with a set of Lange calipers using the standard 7-point test and she measures out at 12.5% but,as you know, there is big margin for error. This is also my first time trying to prep someone and I don't want to let her down :)

I would SO appreciate some feedback on her diet and routine, I'll happily post it all or PM it to you. Once again, THANKS SO MUCH for your help.

I agree with the other posts, she has good potential and I like to see her leaner. Love her legs, You are one lucky dude.

WORK HARD AND THE RESULTS WILL COME.:D
