I just read Big A's thread he created years ago, i have been looking around on ebay for a while now and i cant see a reason not to buy a house under 10k, im looking at another block of land near me in Aus which i can develop and its 120k and its really nothing special and tiny. I mean surely in the future land price will go up, thats all im interested in not whats on it, has anyone here bought anything that was ridiculously cheap? Experiences?

Thats the one there. 5 years ago, but there is still property for cheap on ebay now, the market has to recover one day.
