Using Olive Oil as primary source of fat in diet?

Im trying to get more serious about my diet ,two things #1 how does a 50/25/25 macro ratio sound for recomposition? #2 How do you guys feel about using olive oil for my main source of fats?Any good info/tips would be greatly appreciated.Thank you

The cutting diet I created is comprised of almost ONLY healthy fats such as olive oil, Its very high in fat also, some times I will even fat load.

EVOO is one of the best you can use.
 
Literally just had tbsp of EVOO with my shake, i also really like mac nut oil taste better and just as healthy for you IMO
 
I've been using olive oil as my primary source of fat for more than a year. No complaints so far.
 
I relied on EVOO's (2-3 tbs per meal/6 meals) and fish oil caps (2 -1,200 mg) and protein only for almost 12 weeks (a cheat meal per week was added there after) and it was a little tuff the first few days but after that felt great and had an excellent results.
 
i put a tbsp always in a protien shake
 
EVOO is awesome. Dante has insisted on it as a DC staple. I was only using Flaxseed oil when I got stuck at 198 - 200lbs (I'm 5'3'' BTW) So I incorporated EVOO into my arsenal of food and WHAMO! Started gaining again.

First Cold Press EVOO is 90% of my fat intake.
 
I have a tablespoon with every meal. Actually adds some flavor to my chicken or fish.
 
Any thoughts on my 50/25/25 P/C/F? I know rice and pasta servings are pre-cooked weight ,but Im assuming say 250 grams of chicken breast means weight after cooking?Thanx guys

It differs, check online for a calorie information site. It gives the info for 100 grams of cooked and raw chicken.

anyone know if there is a health difference between light and regular evoo
 
I believe this refers more to the flavor of the oil. I could be wrong though.

same nutrition label on back so I guess so. BUT I would like to know which tastes more tasteless - I would think the lite, but I haven't bought a bottle cause I'm afraid it's going to be back and I buy it in bulk :( Any reviews of the 'lite' Olive Oil?
