so just started my first slin run using @bbxtreme 's write up, started at 5iu novorapid pre-wo today before leg day. went fine, planning on bumping it up 1iu each time until i hit 10-12iu and keeping it there (thats plenty for my goals). just added up my cals/macros for when slin is active and cumulatively between my pre/intra/post WO nutrition im getting 1150 cals, 60p, 160c, and 14f, is this too much fat to be having during slin's active time? i train first thing in the morning so no fats are in my system from meals previous and i already removed any direct fat sources from these slin time meals (for example, id put EVOO in my PWO protein shake but removed that). i honestly dont really see it as a huge deal but just wondering what the more experienced guys think if i should shoot for as close to zero fat as possible. thoughts?
btw my current cycle im running is 100test/25ment/10trena/4iu hgh ed and only planning on running slin pre-wo. im 5'10, 197 lbs morning weight, ~12% (still full abs), id like to hit and maintain a lean 205 from this cycle.
