Veins on my abs. Yeap no bull s...it . First time using synthelator(10ml) for a photo shot. Unreal, not cheap but worth every penny. Can't wait for the next event.:jumping-:

You need to take the correct dosage all at once. That is the whole 10ml vial.
The vascularity will last all day.

5ml in each glute. It's water based, so you won't feel it.

I have used it before, about an hour before pre-judging. I was not overly impressed by it, but wouldnt stop me from using it again.

I am curious how it would work if you took it the night before the show for pre-judging? 6hrs or so before hand?

You need to be fully carbed up, otherwise the vascularity results won't be that great. The anti-cramping effects will happen no matter what though.
Also, if you have any caffeine in your blood stream it will not work at all.

Taking it the night before (before sleep) it's not a good idea. SYnthelator greatly increasese vascularity, as such the blood flow is greatly increased, obviously. This means more nutrients going around. If you do not feed the body with your comp day carbs, you will go flat as the body will suck the glycogen out of the muscles.
That is why, you take it in the morning, and then throughout the day you have to make sure you eat your carbs that you are supposed to that day anyway. That way, you will not lose any vascularity or fullness throughout the day.

I had two shots of 5ml in each glute on the morning after a good carbs meal. That was the whole bottle in fact.

It's a IM injection. Nothing would happen if you drink it. If you got some results, it would be from something else, as drinking Synthelator won't do jack.

I have a potential photo shoot that i can setup at anytime... IF i take synthelator in the AM and carb up during the day.. Do i need to restrict my water intake??? Can i do a workout while on synthelator?? Most likely part of the photo shoot will be in the gym getting workout shots...

No need to restrict water intake. Quite the opposite - the more you drink, the more vascular you will get.
You can work out on it no probs.
