Just started training pretty hard the last 3 weeks. Yesterday I riding a hard leg workout with dead lifts and leg presses etc. when I woke up to get out of bed, I'm dizzy as hell! Bi can even get up at first. I have to move really slowly. This has never happened to me. Please help. Is blood pooling in my legs or something from the workout? By that's the only thing I can think of?
