I have a pinched nerve in my back and per the doctor have some nerve damage. It's affecting my right leg and I have been going for physical therapy. It's getting a lot better, but am looking into supplements or vitamins that might help restore some of the damage. I read that B12 can help. Anything else that anyone knows of?

B-12 is probably one of the big ones...getting a b-12 that bypassed the oral digestive system such as injection or sublingual- oral B-12 unless its methylated is only absorbed at less than one percent.

All of the b-vitamins and GLA, a fatty acid that is in hemp and evening primrose oil are recomended. Corizone steroids are sometimes given if swelling is involved but, the most important thing is KEEP MOVING!
