Zacharykane is perhaps the most humble man I know.

His approach to this contest is stellar.

He's quiet by nature, but he's exceeded our expectations through
hard work.

He doesn't seek any easy ways out, no short cuts, he just grinds out day after day.
A "hard work ethic" is something rare these days of immediate gratification.

Not many competitors can reach his level of conditioning.
And with 3 weeks to go, he will be just plain 'ol "freaky" lean.

Yes and yes, and his competition info, his diet info. All facets of that of a competitor.

Still, weighed against what the others have contributed... no offense to either zacharykane or feeshoils. Both look bad ass, way better than I. But they just don't contribute as much. Wish they would.
