hey im 5'6" tall i weight 185lbs im 25 years old i want to get in shape. ive taken some gear but i think it was bunk cus nothing change. can anyone help me i really want to get in shape and look good.

No bro, YOU are going to have to do the research and I would suggest for YOU to contact the trainers here and tell them what your goals are.
 
Bump socom,,you will not get into shape taking "gear"You need first decide how important it really is to you to get in shape.For us and the trainers to better assist you we need to know your current diet and training program.Also your bf% or at the minimum your waist size.This will help with calculating an apprx.bf%.For your benefit write down everything you eat in a log book for one week.I mean everthing you put in your mouth.Liquid and solid.With this get a carb,protien,fat counter.www.ntwrks.com.Do the math to determine your micros.This information will be valuble for a trainer to get you on the right path.Once you have a diet and training program it is up to you to follow it.Then after you have spent a few years getting "into shape"thats when you start thinking about doing cycles.Hope this helps.Good luck.The fact that you are asking for help is a great start.Keep at it Bro.It takes time to build a great body.Enjoy the ride.
 
my waist is 34 and my body fat is 23% i really just want to loose weight and gain a lil muscle.
 
You need to give more info bro and need to get your training and diet in line first. Dont look to gear for the answer. Diet and training, diet and training, diet and training. Make sense? Thats the key. If you dont have this in line you wont get good results anyways. You need to do some research too.
 
The first place to start is your mind. Get your mind in shape and the rest will be easy. Get your mind disciplined to this way of life. Eat clean, train regular, smart and hard, get plenty of rest.
 
Hey man, your gear very well could have been just fine.. but if you dont know how to workout and eat right.. the gear wont do anything.

If you hire a trainer from this site like shelby and do EXACTLY what he tells u, you will look 1000X better then doing "gear" and training your way... Years ago i thought gear was the answer.. lol.. but hey.. u learn as you go right?

Spend as much time reading this site as you possibly can... The info that is in this website is priceless...

good luck man.. its not easy, i know first hand. But when you start to learn and do it right..its alot less frustrating
 
That's a pretty broad statement... we all want to be in shape. Your perception on your personal goals may differ from others.. post diet training plan goals... a lot of useful advice here just look

Getting in shape is not difficult, it all depends of you...

Just look to what i would personally do:

- I divide the body in 3 parts and train them twice per week

- I add some cardio to with 20 minutes before workout

- diet must be in check too i try to eat as clean as i can not being to extreme, add only good fats olive oil, omega 3/6 and peanuts butter. i dont worry too much about quantities as long that i keep with the cardio.

But if i want to get in shape quicker i add some AAS something like:

1-10 weeks 125mg test prop EOD+ 100mg masteron EOD+ 50mg tren EOD

And if i want things to work faster all throw to it some anavar at 50mg ED for the first 5 weeks and winny oral at 25 mgs EOD for the last 5 weeks.

Theres nothing difficult about this.

this site has very good sponsors check what others say about them at their boards.

And i would take several protein shakes during the day to maximize results from the gear- Peace
 
It's not that complicated, tons of info on this board already on how to get in shape,keep in mind gear is not the answer, gear is something that you wanna use when you have already accomplished your physical goals and have reached a plateau and need a little extra push to take you over the top. If you want it bad enough you will make it happen, and you being on this board asking tells me you got potential, God bless you my friend. The Minister.

Fireman has a point, but this can be misinterpreted, what I mean is that a lot of guys have this idea that they are going to get on some magical cycle and their 50% body fat is gonna melt right off, I know because I have had a few friends who were 100 or more lbs over weight with high body fats who think that gear is the answer, and I have told them the truth, go loose 50 to 60lbs, show some commitment and dedication to dieting and trainning, and maybe then they could do a cycle to help them build a decent body. That is what I meant. God bless you my friend. The Minister.

Everybody knows that in modern bodybuilding, you can still lose fat without basically change your diet a bit or even without any cardio.

- Very powerful hormones such as GH and T3 do the business not counting with some steroid fat burners such as anavar, and especially if you add to the mix some clen and ECA stack.

No wonder pros seem to eat anything and everything and still remain almost fat free at 4- 5%.

We all want the newbies to stay away from AAS, and seek first to reach their full potential naturally. But we must always seek the truth aswell, and then its to ones to decide whats best for them.

PS: OF COURSE IF THE DIET AND CARDIO IS IN CHECK, YOU GONNA JUST MELT FAT AT A QUICKER RATE - AS SIMPLE AS THAT
