wanting to start my 1st cycle

ok heres my stats
29yr old
5'11"
215lbs.
been training about 3 months. im wanting to start a cycle and dont even know where to start,would love some help if anyone can. i have heard i need to start with test and winny? if so how much and which test?whatelse do i need or can i expect?i tried clen...not my cup of tea gave me bad headaches in the afternoon.i would appreciate any help i can get...

Why do not you just start learning more about nutrition and training, try different methods, spend the first few years without drugs, and then maybe...
Drugs are not miracle pills which can guarantee growth or whatever your goal is without proper nutrition and training
 
Agree with Dexter completely!

You need a minimum of two years of steady, week-in-and-week-out traing to even consider drugs. Even better would be to train as long as yuo can using as many different approaches as possible - high volume, powerlifting, etc - to learn how yuor body responds. Yuo'll want to spend 6 months to a year on each training approach in order to really start getting a grasp on it, and to see how yuor body adapts longer term.

While yuo're doing this, yuo need to also learn how yuor body responds to various dietary approaches such as high carb, lower carb with high protein, etc, etc.

Keep detailed training and diet logs to record all yuor progress and observations.

After 2+ years of this, then, maybe, yuo have a reason to consider drugs if yuo're thinking about competing. If you're not planning on serious competition - powerlifting and/or bodybuilding, then the legal and health risks associated with drugs simply aren't worth it.

your best bet is to do like what was said above, get your BF% somewhat in check. If you just cant wait and have to try gear now, i would suggest doing a simple TEST E cycle for 10-12 weeks w/ 4-6 weeks of pct. Test E only, you need to find out how you responde to gear before you jump in and start stacking things.
The headaches you were getting from clen might have been because you were not getting enough fluids (depending on the dose you were taking)..

thats what i thought but i was drinkin a ton of water every day.probably close to a gallon and a half.

Clenbuterol is a β2 adrenergic agonist with some similarities to ephedrine, but its effects are more potent and longer-lasting as a stimulant and thermogenic drug. It causes an increase in aerobic capacity, CNS stimulation, and an increase in blood pressure and oxygen transportation. It increases the rate at which fat and protein is used up in the body at the same time as slowing down the storage of glycogen. It is commonly used for smooth muscle relaxant properties. This means that it is a bronchodilator and tocolytic. It is usually used in dosages anywhere from 20-60 micrograms a day. A dose of about 150 μg should never be exceeded in a day.

Ok guys I am also considering a cycle here is what I am looking at

Stats:

31 yrs old
5.9"
195-200 Off season 10-12% BF
165.25 Comp weight NO AAS EVER 4% BF

I have 4 shows under my belt recently winning an Open Welterweight Class at a National Qualifier NATURAL.

Training for 11 Years ,8 years HARD I have been researching AAS since 2002 but did not think I had reached my natural limit yet.

Here is the safest cycle for a beginnertyat I think would work, now I know most reccomend 500 Test a week for a first cycle however I just don't think it's needed....since the human body produces between 28-49 mg a test a week there is no reason to think you can't grow off of 250 a week on a first cycle....

Fasted cardio Sat morning's with just 15 grams BCAAS duing cardio.

Speaking with a head judge and 2 other judges they have ALL told me to LEAVE my legs alone :) I would need 10-15 lbs up top to be competitive as a Middleweight at the Jr USA's which I plan on doing in 2008 IF I can make the changes needed or possibly 2009.

What do you guys think? I don't want the bloat from Dbol or Tbol that I am seeing on most guys I know for the LONGEST time. I think a simple cycle like this would work ONLY because I KNOW how to eat and train a little better than the average guy thinking about starting a cycle...

Take the INVALUABLE advice given by dexter and dad.... Man, with ALL the good info and direction available, I can't believe dudes are this lazy??? Or is that they are just plain stupid??? It's either one OR the other!

they weren't smart ass comments at all,she was being blunt or straight to the point about your questions.

I have been working out since last year and now weight 190 pounds with a decrease in bodyfat of 5 %.

I will wait two more years then do my first cycle,the reason???..i dont know for sure if i will still be lifting in 2 years but i hope to be until i die,which i hope will be around 80!! :rolleyes:
