I pin before bed and have had excellent results. 7 - 10 IU before bed. Thinking of at least splitting it up to see if I notice anything. I have had extreme weight loss. I started HGH 6 months ago and have lost 25lbs, I have not changed a thing about my diet but eat more. To me HGH is a miracle drug and does not work overnight but it will shed the weight.

people in australia take hgh ? it costs way to much domestic and its hard to get in here.

On the subject though, I've tried all sorts of different times...Always end up going back to just before bed...Just the easiest time for me.....

interesting. Maybe ill give it a roll change it up a bit see how i respond. Just looking for most effective protocol. Most state national level guys i personally know split up their doses but biggest dose in the am. So many conflicting dosing schedules i guess trial and error best way to find out but can get pricey.
