Large blingy chain is the best, its gotta be wide enough and long enough that it covers the nipple area, the more shiny the better as it will draw people's eyes to it, and away from the bitch tits. Also, its good to put band aids over the actual bitch tit before you put your shirt on.

Cut em out. Proper gyno surgery will be worth the investment. No mashin them in an undergarment fixes the problem. I can say from experience there was a time Id go to the beach and leave my shirt on. Not now. I fucked up and paid the price. Post surgery - got a better chest than most guys 20 yrs younger than me.

It stays with you for life.

Lucky for me mine isn't all that noticeable because of my diet, chest training, and parami.

I look at some of the before and after transformation pictures from some of the trainers here and it looks like some of the trainees have pseudogyno in the before pics....then nothing in the afters when they're ripped. Whereas true gyno just gets more obvious the leaner a person gets.

I thought I had it, then got really lean (skinny) and it went away and never came back. If you get around 9 or 10% BF and it doesn't go away, then think of surgery, IMO.
