Who agrees that this board has lost it's flare without my dear friend Vander. Love him or hate him... he is being sorely missed! If this was a TV show the ratings have dropped since he left!

No drama...just woke up one day and said "What the hell am I doin with my life"? We all wake up eventually. I'll bet Vander is one of two places right about now. He's either at the bottom of a saki bomber or looking for ways to increase his earning potential thus creating a better life for his future family.

I havent been to his gym in awhile but heard from others that he hasnt been around. Maybe he did get smart and get a job and life... things my dumbass has yet to figure out.

The board hasnt lost its flair IMO, but he was a bigtime contributing member. Thats always missed and a loss for us all.

ive done that a million times, woke up and decided i was going to make a change. wether it be stop using steroids, this, that, etc.. i usually revert to my old ways in time... i think he just wants some change in his life right now, which is good.

i dont see vander completely giving up the gym for good and being happy... i think he could use a nice break, but i think he will be back... he'll be on here in 20 plus years asking for training advice and where he can score some of those dbol tabs.. lol

I think he was a memorable character, whether you liked him or not. He certainly did add some spark to the board.

Ah everyone is arrogant to an extent when we bodybuild, just some more than others

Hes busy with life and doin well, shrank down a little and is leaner and smaller n says he feels better. I cannot WAIT to see him again when im bigger hahahahaha he will never hear the end of it.

Confident but open to critisism.

Yo, Edge. I have to agree with you bodybuilding is not about being arrogant, but it is about being humble and confident. Those who are arrogant always have an excuse and a conspiracy theory on why they blow so hard. Bodybuilding is all about being open to constant critisism. This is how we judged. This is how we learn from our mistakes. This is how we grow. Although ignorance can be fixed, stupidity is forever...:st:r-wars
