Hi, I am 18 and have been working out for about a year now. I am 6' 2" and weight 150 I can't gain any weight even since I'm eating more now. I went out and bought some weight gainner 2200 calorie from gnc. I'm using 1 scoop so about 1200 calories per shake.
Can you guys give me any more info on how to use this stuff properly? Like when to use it and maybe how to adjust my diet? Or do I just keep eating my regular meals and take this...
