Hey guys, I got a strongman competition on 6/14, and I have to be 231.5 lbs ... as of today, I was 242 after my workout. I way in the day before the show early in the morning and my contest is the next day at 10:30, but we wont start competing til 11:15ish ... my queston is, how much water weight, can I drop and put back before the competition without seeing an effect to my game? I have dropped as much as 12lbs of water before, but was never able to get back to my original weight and did not perform the same. My best guess is that I should lose 5 or so more lbs of str8 fat, and stay between 235-237 and weigh in on an empty stomach and just eat as much as I can up until show time. Luckily, weigh ins are 20 minutes from my house. So to sum it up, How long does it take to put 5-10lbs of waterback in your system, is it possible to do in 24 hours?
