I have two lever belts from Inzer. They're for powerlifting and are like putting an Iron Pipe around my waist. I have a 10mm and a 13mm. 13mm is overkill. 10mm has supported my back on my heaviest squats and deadlifts PLENTY. I have tried friends of mines' pioneer belts, and I'll be buying one of my own very soon. https://generalleathercraft.com/ These are fantastic belts. You can pay extra and get custom embroidery done too, if that's your thing. I'm going to get an 8mm or 10mm belt from Pioneer, as I find their leather is extremely soft (the belts come not really needing to be broken in), yet offer great support. Good luck, I have a herniated L5-S1 myself so I hope a good belt can offer you some protection.
Just ordered the Inzer Forever Bodybuilding belt. Can't wait to use it. Only shitty thing is that it takes 8-10 weeks to arrive. Keep that in mind anyone who is thinking about ordering.

Inzer is known for their long wait times on equipment but I am sure the belt will treat you well for many years to come. Other companies are newer and better known now but Inzer is an OG in the strength equipment game. Enjoy!
Ive used a number of Inzer Forever belts. They really are great. The SBD belt was nice but a little over priced.
I literally just ordered a custom pioneer belt last night. I saw the splatter work they do and it's right up my alley. Should look pretty cool. Came to around 245 but it will be one of a kind.
I recommend going with a 4 inch wide, lever belt. You'll probably find 10mm thickness to be a bit more comfortable then 13mm.
