I'm going to play it by ear. I don't want my body fat to get any higher, but if my body wants to keep growing I'm not going to stop it. I think I'm getting close to the max for this offseason... but I could see adding another 5, maybe even 10 pounds by the end of the year.
My plan right now is to chill out and stabilize a bit for the next couple months, then make another push around November or so.
The new training style (thanks to John Meadows) is definitely helping. I think I was undertraining with DC style for so long. Diet and supplementation are keyed in now too. Calories are pretty high; 5-6,000 calories a day.
