They did a final callout in my class of just me and the guy that won, so there should be a lot of good shots of just the 2 of us.

My lower back needs to be tighter, as well as my upper quads. I've got 3.5 weeks to fix these things.

I plan on being tighter AND fuller at Nationals.

I might not get a call-out, but it will be my best showing to date.

I cant believe I missed that show...

Im so out of the loop. Shelby I could have met up with you etc.. At least I could have rooted for a pro muscle member. You looked great. Dry as hell and grainy. My god some small tweaks and you will get your call outs. The guy who took first must have looked phenomeneal because you looked killer in my eyes. Oh well one point could have went either way. You inspire me to want to compete again. Hell im single now i guess its time to start getting serious again. Heck maybe I can use your service for my prep????

Congrats! you are looking much better as a L.H than a welter. You lost too much fullness going down to welters but you had to see what you could do and how it looked. And after all, you did win the overall so it wasnt a bad experiment. Youve had a long hard competitive year and only one more to go. Will you drop to Middles for NAts or will you go as a L.H? either way, my hats off to you for all your hard work and dedication. AWESOME JOB!
