Here is some positive critisism for this show only, ok. You needed to lose 10 more pounds, or kept more muscle while dieting and get a tad leaner.

GOOD JOB ON GETTING UP ON STAGE AND FOLLOWING THROUGH. I GET PRETTY SELF CRITICAL TO THE POINT OF NOT DOING A SHOW. YOU HAVE A GOOD PHYSIQUE. MY LEGS ARE THE LAST THING TO GET ALL THE WAY IN SHAPE <LEAN AND HARD> MAYBE START OUT A LITTLE SOONER ON THE DIET? DID YOU TAKE A DIURETIC? JUST CURIOUS.

great job bro, congrats on your placing. I agree with the rest though, i think next time you should try to get a tad bit leaner and drier, as in some shows, where the judges seem to empazize cuts they would not have even looked at you. You looked great though as far as symemtry and size though, just need to work on dialing it in.-josh

Congrats on your show man....keep up the hard work and you'll figure out how to get dialed, it's a learning process. It's always nice to have someone that knows something about getting that lean to look at you and criticize you. Even if it's via digital pics, on email. Take care.

Bro you look pretty damn good and you should be proud of yourself. I stayed out of the discussions, but I read a lot of threads where you were searching for advice to get "dialed in".

Here's my advice, now that the shows over: Get with ONE contest prep person and STAY with them and FOLLOW their program. Jumping from theory 1 to 2 to 3 to 4 to 5.... gets you nowhere. Oh, and make sure that you know the person and have seen their work on themselves and/or others before you get sign up.

You do have a really good shape balplayer. Really good. I'd say if you were more sliced you would have hurt someone. You getting more ripped with that shape will be very hard to beat. Very hard.
