I do have two slices of pineapple with a mid-day meal (about 15g carbs) and have some pineapple again before bed (10g-12g carbs). Just a habit I got into that seems to help my digestion.
little side note,
Pineapple is actually a great thing to eat with your proteins, especially with your casein before bed. It contains an enzyme that helps the body digest protein. That's why its one of my favorite pre/post workout carb sources
