I never wore a watch but made it a point to wear one at the gym. I've been getting out of the gym earlier and my workouts are more intense and beneficial...also the gallon of water
1. Gym clothes (change at gym)
2. Ipod
3. Three cans of Axe to annoy everyone within 5 meters.
4. Chapstick stuck to inside of gym bag from '04
5. Squash Balls from 2006
6. Old membership card
7. Broken eyeglasses with case for squash
8. three sets of earphones, one of which works, sometimes
9. Close to six pounds of change that gets under that insert of the bag and is a pain in the arse to get out.
10. Business cards I did not throw away in front of the dude who thought it was a good idea to hand one to me in the locker room right after I'v dried my face with a towel and have watched him floss his ass with the same towels I may get the next day.
11. Expired/cancelled credit or debit cards I put in there so "I would know where they were, and thence lost them.
12. Old advil container with remnants of last Var cycle.
my bag is packed every day, It containts the following usually:
-mp3 player w/ shure se210 ear buds
-swimming trunks w/ swimming towl
-sweat towl
-hand wraps
-bag gloves $ twins 12oz gloves
-gel knuckle guards
-wrist wraps
-wrist straps
-dip belt
-body spray / deodorant
-$
-ink pen (in case I need to get a #!)
