What Do You Bring to the Gym?

Hey guys, out of curiosity, what do you bring to the gym on any given day?
I pretty much keep it to a belt and wrist straps but I see people with sleeves for every joint, gloves, chalk, wrist wraps, etc. What could you absolutely not live without? I was looking into picking up some stuff from prowriststraps.com but I couldn't convince myself that anything was worth it for day to day use.
 
What do I bring to the gym???

Attitude...........willingness to train, oh and just my towel. On days when I know I will need them my lifting straps, but that's it!!
 
I havea gym bag that I keep my belt , straps and MP3 player in , I also put a fresh towel in it each time I come how so I don't forget. I rather keep my keys and wlet in the bag out in the weight are rather than trust it in a locker.
 
belt, chalk, wrist wraps, wrist straps, knee wraps, and elbow sleeves depending on my tendonitis ...
 
Gym bag including: wrist wraps, straps, knee wraps, chalk, journal, extra t-shirt and water bottle in hand.
 
belt, chalk, lifting shoes, tubing, towel and stop pain spray.
 
towl, and 3 hot chicks to towel off my junk, chalk(sometimes i just like to draw on the floor or maybe get in alittle cardio hopscotch style), Chuck Norris (keeps me motivated by way of fear of a roundhouse kick to the face for not working hard enough) my car(it would be a really long walk), spray deoderant(theres always that one really stinky guy so i take action where others just walk away!), bottle of water (just incase i can convince some chick to do that slow motion someones dumping a bucket of water on her in her white t-shirt and she love him for it dance! this one has yet to come to fruition), wrist wraps( Chuck Norris makes me bring them, i have no idea what theyre for), knee brace( i like to limp around alot and when people ask me what happened i make up a wild story involving 3 midgets and a monkey with numchucks) ...hahahaha im at work right now and really really bored, goddamn dishwashers take forever to finish.
 
I alway carry a whey protein shake for after the workout an a fast acting carb shake after a workout is the only time fast acting carbs should be in your meal plan. I don't use the straps an all that junk I stick with free weights lift like they did in the 70's.
 
Belt , wrist wraps, linament, Chuck Taylors , sweat pants and water
 
SWeat bands for my head, and wrists, leg warmers, big headphones with antennae sticking up and a sandwich, in case I get hungry:p
 
i've got a huge ass gymbag and it's got my belt, chalk, ipod, bands, chuck T's, wrist wraps, wrist straps, and thats pretty much it. oh and can't forget the gallon jug of water. isn't just healthy for ya, makes you look like a bad ass as well lol.
 
What are musts for me are my Ipod, belt, straps, and water.
 
a handle of beefeater gin filled with water, so everyone looks at me oddly when I take big swigs out of it inbetween sets.
