you are asking what can i do to get my ass in the gym??? i mean, YOU goto the gym cuz YOU want to,,,you want me to suggest a video? nice aggressive music? make you feel miserable so you get angry and go in? suggest uyou a sick cycle with tons of harsh stuff? suggest lots of stimulants? see,,,you are going to get hurt, just quit and find out whats wrong with you...dont force it. you ever play bball and force up a shot, shit will never go in man.
I think you are taking my question the wrong way. Most of the time the gym is the only place i want to be, just got a lot going on right now and havent been motivated. I figure i cant be the only one with that problem so i was just seeing what other people do when they are burned out. Im not looking for a crazy cycle or music or anything. ive tried different things to get going again including a new routine. i was looking for some other ideas. im sure i will get back into with no problem.
