Highly recommend- "Part adventure, part parable, Chronicles of Tao travels through a labyrinth of enigmatic Taoist spiritual practice, martial arts discipline, and international adventure."

Just read a high level overview of this, I'm intrigued.

I'll jump on this as well in a few weeks.

I'm sure alot of people will find it a bit dry. But the topics covered are tangential to my line of work and I find it fascinating reading anyways lol.

Wanted to bump this again. Been on an Apple TV binge. Finished season 1 of Silo which was awesome. But oh man I’m on episode 3 of Severance and my brain is melting. I was so high I actually need to go back and watch episode 2 again sober. Highly recommend you guys check this out.

Also - Shrinking is another fun Apple show if you want an easy comedy. Jason Segal and Harrison Ford are hilarious together. It’s a Bill Lawrence show - Drew Carey, Scrubs, etc…

nice! i have studied tao te ching over the years , I will look into this. I am sure @OuchThatHurts has dove into that field of philosophy and can add some value also. If he ever comes out of his abyss lol

Shrinking was really good!! Bill Lawrence stuff is great! I've probably watched Scrubs at least 10 times over! Did you get in to Ted Lasso at all? I love that style of comedy.

Season 1 is the best. Everyone hated Season 2, but I really like the way Season 2 ended. Season 3 was awesome. Couldn't get into Season 4...

I liked season 2! The ending was cool! I think I’m on episode 2 of season 3 right now.

I wish I had something to add to the read list but I’m so burnt out from reading school textbooks these last 2 1/2 years! I used to love recreational reading! Maybe once my brain recovers a little from all the studying!

Yeah there's a new Chuck Palahniuk book out that I want to read but I haven't gotten around to it. I need to do something more enriching for my brain than watching old videos of guys lifting weights on YouTube

It’s on the list!

Man If your into shows about the types of detectives who can find the sickos of this country so well because they are basically as fk’d up as the predators they are hunting this is a top echelon series like that. Examples like Manhunter and Mindhunter.

Unmatched acting. Unmatched Story that shows the family struggles at home for these people. Having dinner with your wife and kids after work after spending the day doing forensics on a tragic murder.

It’s also a realistic buddy cop move like Lethal Weapon. Adversaries to best friends. A+ Series @slesh
