I’ve always used MyFitnessPal but I’m going to look into cronometer.I use MyFitnessPal. I've tried a few others buy MFP seems to have the best database of foods and info. I've never heard of Cronometer so I'm going to have to look into that one now.

Agreed, I literally eat chicken and rice/multigrain bread and fruit for all of my whole meals lol. Makes meal prep easy for meThe best way to track thing is to use MyFitnessPal and manually input the things you eat.
As a bodybuilder you should be eating 80%+ the same things so once you've initially added items it's very quick to track.
