What exactly is the Milos Sarcev GH and Insulin protocol?

A lot of people claim Milos pioneered the use of insulin in bodybuilding but what exactly is his method and how is it different from what most do (first thing in the morning and immediately postworkout)?

humalog pre AND post WO

carbs/creatine/bcaas all taken at 3 times: pre, intra and Post WO

Good question, but i heard his insulin protocol was not that good. He used too much.
Armi Sholz collapsed on stage due to insulin while Milos trained him.

uh a pre training insulin protocol and a pre contest carb up protocol is not the same...so just cuz Armin did that, does not mean his ways dont work well pre workout.

well to get his ACTUAL protocol you would have to pay some big money, he has come up with many dfferent ways to use it but to get the best one your gonna shell out the 400bucks like i did.

One of you was very close to the basics of the protocol but there is alot more that goes into it, alot more. you need at aleast 90minutes just to prep for it everyday.

He charges everyone 400 dollars for the EXACT same stuff or makes a custom insulin and GH protocol for everyone individually?

I have used several anabolics over the years but never insulin or GH now that GH is so cheap ($1.25 per IU for blue tops) i want to try some with GH with Insulin to see how it helps me with mass gains. Even at 10IUs of GH a day its only $375 per month.
