As the title says what would it be the best way for a beginner to add mass and strength?

Beginning weight trainers exhibit around twice the improvement in about half the time compared with stronger experienced weight trainers. After a while though, the body's ability to recover from workouts is out paced by the trainer's ability to increase the intensity of their workouts.

google 5x5 training program

if i was a beginner again id try to go right into powerlifting... learn great squat, DL, and press form from a good coach and learn how to really go after a weight and generate intensity...

for workout, from a mild workout plan with suitable diet
for runing cycle, use test and AI for beginners

Can you maybe help me set up a template?

^^ Tenny is right.. If you are a beginner it would definitely benefit you to get with these guys right from the start. I can promise you that most of us wasted ALOT of time doing things wrong in the beginning (and some for much longer)

I am sure TMT will help you get started on the right path and save you time AND from potential injury.

:yeahthat:

Hiring a coach right from the start will save you so many head aches ,mistakes and missed gains, it's money well spent wish I would have taken that path

Thank you for all the help but right now I dont have the money to pay for a coach maybe in the future

Check out various forms of 5x5. Keep it simple and train progessively. "Stronglifts 5x5" is a great program and can be altered to meet a more advanced liftes needs. They have a great app that can be used to help keep you on track. Good luck

Couldn't agree more with this!

Focus on progressively overloading while teaching your body to create tension with an emphasis on the compound movements

Because of my schedule at this time, I am doing a two wy split. Push is chest, delts and tris. I concentrate on bench, standing military press and dips. Pull is back moves, dead lifts. I throw calves in whenever I am in the mood. When I am on a more stable work schedule I may switch to a three way, but I am happy at this time.

TENNY

Hire Tenny you will be disappointed ni BS no games right there with you the whole way.

Try 531 and German Volume. Maybe switch back and forth.

A great beginner's workout is:

- Deadlift - 5x10
- Squat - 5x10
- Pull ups - 5xMax
- Dips - 5xMax

Do this Mon/Wed/Fri. Cardio, stretching and core training TUE/THU/SAT.

5/3/1 very good program

And a lot of good whole food

Dont waste money on supplements maybe a multi vitamin thats it

And wait before using gear as long as you can
