What should my heart beat range be for fat burning ?

Hi Guy's. I am currently doing 60 min's cardio,7 day's per week. 30 min's AM on an empty stomach and 30 PWO. I would say I perform a moderate intensity. I have however just purchased a polar heart rate monitor and would like to know what range of heart beat my heart should be in for the fat burning zone. I am 28 year's old.

Heartbeats? Who knows..were all different. While doing cardio, make sure youre breathing heavy through your nose. If youre breathing too heavy that you have to get more in through your mouth, then your intensity may be too high.
 
I think your diet is a factor, are you doing a keto or conventional diet? Typically a little lower HR for keto (120-130) w/carbs(140-150 or more, interval for example)
