What’s supplements do you take daily ? I just do telmisartan, multivitamin, metformin(as needed) as of right now. What’s yours ? Looking for input as to what else I can add in to help keep me healthy as can be in the long run. Thanks fellas.

Multi , metformin, astragalus. For supplements none. If I take something I want it to actually have visual results make me leaner or more muscular, not jist be potentially helpful on paper. Glutamine, bCAA, creatine never made me say " this stuff works
