Screw what cycle everyone is on, we talk about that crap enough. I want to know what everyone here takes vitamin wise every day. I don’t know about you, but I spend more time and money on that shit than anything else. (NOT SUPPLEMENTS) I’m not interested in protein, creatine ect… Just vitamins for health purposes, that you take for whatever reason. Here is my list of daily maintenance.

Vitamin C
Vitamin E
Vitamin B12
Cranberry extract
Liv-52
Sylmarian
Garlic extract
Omega-3 fatty acid
Hawthorn root
Guggul - Pure extract
Arjuna - Pure organic extract
Bacopa - Pure organic extract
Green Tea extract
Zinc
 
walmart One-a-day multi
milk thistle
Bcaa


sometimes ill throw in a cranberry pill and some extra vit B

pretty boring i know.. sorry my daily routine couldnt be more exciting hahah

The rest come in my protein mix as it is a combined meal replacement that has too many vitamins to list.
Oh and some yohimbe (no reason)
and forgot baby aspirin daily

cQ10 400mg daily fish oil caps,pure fruit and vegetable extracts from multi vitamins;325mg safety coated aspirn.thats all i believe.

Does anyone take beta alanine any longer. I know about 2 or 3 years ago this was what everyone was talking about. I used it about 4 years ago and it made my skin tingle immediately after taking it. It was all the rage back then.

i recently started D3, my Dr in NYC told me to try it out, he said recently he has been doing bloodwork on his patients and concluded that almost EVERYONE he tested was deficient in it!

lots of milk thistle, Alpha Lipoic acid, VITC in therapeutic doses, SAW palmetto, CRAN extract, all antoxidants, MEGA GREEN ( concentrated greens), lots of flaxseed oil, RESVERATROL, prilosec, two multi vitamins, glucosamine+msm+chondroitin+gelatin.......

i got all this for free so why not

plus im firm believer in antioxidants especially with oral tren
