whats the average amount of hours of cardio you do a day when on keto
i was 227 with 20 percent bodyfat ht 5 feet 8 inches
i started with two sessions a day 20mins each... thereafter i increased 5 mins each session each week untill i reached 60mins/session twice daily....
this brought me to 197 at 8 percent body fat in 12 weeks........thats my story...
and then i happly lived after........

im sure many bros here be interested in some details.
None! I hate cardio and I refuse to do it, unless it's recreational like hiking, moutainbiking, rockhopping, etc.. If I wanna drop bodyfat it's all about diet.
