Took these yesterday starting precontest cut. Critique me please I don't know very many people locally who compete. I will be updating every 2 weeks.

legs are obviously your stronest body part. you have a long way to go on conditioning but you have a thick base and will do great if you nail your conditioning. good luck and i look forward to watching your progress. i am 16 weeks out and will be posting pics soon as well:eek:
 
You have got an incredible amount of muscle on you. If you diet correctly and keep your muscle you can do some damage.
 
In about 10 weeks we will have a better Idea. when you get that fat off you will see more of your symtry and what's up.

Big dude...just get that diet going.
 
I think you really need to bring up your chest, tri's and on the legs, hammies look a tad weak. But overall you look pretty thick. As others have said you will really wnat to nail your diet and get some condition happening. Would like to see a rear lat spread and front dbl biceps to evaluate on your next round of pics.

arms...but good grief you have a lot of muscle....ex-powerlifter/athlete?
 
Thanks all for the imput i did let myself go this year a bit much. I am planning on hopefully being at where I need to be bodyfat wise by 4 weeks out hopefully. I hate cadio!
Anyways I have been working on my chest hard for the last 2 months cause for about the last 2 years I have been having should probs which started with my left shoulder. Finally this last summer got it checked out had shoulder tendonitis and bicep tendonitis on my left side well went through rehab on it not training chest or delt or bi during that time. Got back to 100% then 2 weeks later I got bursitis in my right shoulder now hopefully all will stay well.
I wrestled in high school and then some in college till I tor my acl on my right side which I think is why ham on that side isn't as strong cause I did a ham string graph for the acl repair. Also shoulder probs started in high school wrestling days and off and on ever since it sucks but I keep pushing..

Do you think I need to inprove my inner back (lower mid traps area) tris do need work and mabe I should layoff on quads and put alot of effort in to ham instead for a bit.
