Whiched caused more bloat for u

This is not a who is better thread please don't take it like that i just would like to know which gh ppl experience more bloat with. Grey tops or kefie?

I have tried rips before the grey's were around and bloat was rediculous. Kefies treated me great was wondering if the greys have the same bloat factor that rips did

I'm taking greys now and the bloat doesn't seem too bad. Of course it gets bad when I eat a junk meal but that's to be expected. I feel like rips caused slightly more bloat.

Can't comment on Kefei's because I've never used them

Rips killed me but felt strong.... Keifies didn't feel as strong but wheni took them I looked good

Bloats not that bad on 5 ius(Greys)..but 10 forgetaboutit!! Was like a water balloon.
