I always been a Back Guy, My Back is Strong,I believe im more of a Puller Than a Presser.
Deadlift were cake for me.
People when they see me from the back always said that i look Very wide and i got a strong neck.
Im 5.11 almost 6.0 and My body is kinda ectomorph-meso, My arms are VERY long.
I always tried to Bench press But it seem Im so week in the bench.
I Always wanted to Look Good From the side and Build strong Arms(Thick).
What do you guys think is the Major Upper Body King Exercise for mass?
Bench Press?....
I guess i just need to keep going and try to add weight and Hang in there.
Whats better Incline or Flat for Overall Upper body Thickness developpement?
