Why cant we get Epistane etc in Non Methyl injectable form?

Hey Guys,

Was just wondering why certain safer steroids are not available UG in an injectable form, legalities aside. I know Clostebol has a very short half life for example so tbol wouldnt be that simple but what about Epitiostanol, why cant that be sourced as an injectable? and Im sure there are other much safer steroids that could be delivered in this form? take Primo for example.

I have no idea as to the chemical side of things, perhaps you could enlighten me a little as to why its not achievable in that respect?


From experience Ive found tbol increases my libido way more than Test for example. would be great to have stuff like tbol/epi etc as an injectable Base.

so why is stuff like this not available as injectable.. what am I missing here?

because when you remove the 17-a-methyl group it becomes a compound with totally different properties.

case in point - dbol and boldenone, only difference between the two is dbol has a 17-alpha-methyl attachment.

Ah ok, I wonder in what way it would differ...

This is the only test that I know of in regards to injectable version, full details arent available on pubmed tho..

I can help you with this, and I will only take half of whats in your bank account. Epistane No reason it couldn't be suspended or put in a solution as virtually every other oral can be put into an injectable. The reason why there isn't one is because the oral version are already very effective and you can't make legal OTC products for injection.

You get micronized methyl-epithiostanol powder and suspend it in peg80 would be my guess.

Yes it would still have the methyl group, but to call it unnecessary is wrong. The addition of the methyl group at the 17-alpha position changes the way the drug acts in your body, in ways other than helping it survive the first pass through the liver.

Methyl steroids do not just pass through the liver, have the methyl group cleaved off and become another hormone. That would make them a prohormone. Methyls are their own unique compounds with their own properties. They differ from their "parent"(for lack of a better word) hormones. Injectable non methylated epithiostanol would likely act very different in the body than the otc epistane product does.
