why do some say (clen & pct)

the theory is that clen's anti-catabolic effects will help keep gains during a pct, but some say this is a myth or that clen would really actually be catabolic.

i have done searches, and find the same conflicting info on various boards.

does anyone "know" if clen is or isn't excellent for keeping gains?
 
I feel that a high dose of clen(over 120mcg) can be catabolic if your not in an anabolic mode and getting enough calories. I think clen during pct would be a good idea but only around 20-40mcg daily. It does have some anabolic effects. I personally notice much more energy and strenght gains then. During pct you should never ever be dieting so a high dose of clen isnt necassary. I wouldnt say its "excellent" nor would I say its worthless. I'd say its worth it but not crucial to use.
 
agree with fourthgen as far as it could help but it isn't required

and as a side note to what fourthgen said, anything is catabolic if ur not in an anabolic mode
 
It works ! I gotta tell you ... gains with clen in between cycles can be almost as good as when you are on a full cycle ! ( at least for about the first 5 or 6 weeks). The trick is to use a small Hrt size dose between cycls like 200 mg a week , or some anavar . It seems like the clen magnifies it somehow . just my .02

Clenbuterol can have serious side effects (it causes me occular migranes) I just can't justify the risk for the fat loss. Good nutrition all year around will help greatly.

Thanks for the info. I actually am "natural", only cycle in question is finishing up my 3 weeks of Superdrol. I might just use 7-Keto DHEA as an anti-catabolic and save the clen for a rainy day.

i still beleive it to be anti-catabolic.
In a PCT regimen i dont think you need as much as if on fat burning phase soley....40-60mcg daily should be plenty
