It seems to be such a debated topic, unfortunatly I havent seen a set anwser yet either. I only tried it once with great results. I used humalog and only did it 3x per week with GH pwo only. I followed the 10carbs per iu rule and then the next meal is 5carbs per iu rule, but i went slightly higher to play it safe. So i'd take like 10iu's pwo and immediately slam 100-110g waxy maize and 70g whey. Then 1.5hours later have 50-60carbs from something like pasta with a fat free meat like chicken or turkey, then i'd eat again 2.5hours later and it would just be a normal meal. I heard no not have fat in your system while the insulin is present, thats why for about 4hrs after the humalog I had zero fat. I also heard if you have too many carbs they will store as fat also, so I followed the 10carb per iu rule then 5carb per iu rule for the following meal.
