i had to get rid of my car as the insurance was crazy high £3000 a year, so i started getting the bus, thing is i need to get 2 buses and it take me well over an hour to get to work
so i have bean riding my bike to work the last few months, it takes 35mins on a mountain bike, Also there is no shower in work so i take it easy so i barley break a sweat (i do get changed when i get to work)
thing is my legs are aching and sore everyday of the week and i think my legs are not growing at all (am on bulk) and i swear my calf's are shrinking but my lifts are getting heavier and heavier each week (strange)
what do you guys think?
should i ditch the bike and lose 2 hours a day and get the bus?
buy a racing bike, might shave 10 mins off journey time?
am i just being paranoid?
